Built by engineers,
for engineers.
NimTrace exists because cloud operations is still too slow, and the tools engineers use every day haven't kept up.
Cloud infrastructure has become extraordinarily complex. A modern production stack spans hundreds of services, multiple regions, and increasingly multiple cloud providers, each with its own console, CLI, and query language. When something goes wrong at 2am, an engineer has to context-switch across CloudWatch, the AWS console, Grafana, Datadog, and their own internal tooling to understand what's happening.
NimTrace was built to change that. Instead of navigating dashboards, you ask a question. Instead of writing CloudWatch Insights queries at 2am, you type "what's causing the 500 errors?" and NimTrace runs the right queries, correlates the data, and tells you what's wrong.
We run on one of the most capable AI models available for technical reasoning, connected to a deep, purpose-built read-only integration layer across AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure. The result thinks like a senior SRE, but is available to your whole team, 24 hours a day.
We believe cloud operations software should be fast to start (5-minute setup), safe by default (read-only at the IAM level, not just in code), and genuinely useful, built for real investigation workflows, not demos.
01. Mission
Make cloud operations feel like a conversation
The terminal was a breakthrough: you type commands, things happen. NimTrace is that for cloud operations: you ask, it investigates, you understand.
02. Safety first
Read-only is not a feature, it's a constraint
NimTrace will never write to your infrastructure. This isn't enforced by code. It's enforced by the IAM roles we ask you to deploy. No exceptions.
03. Multi-cloud reality
Most companies use more than one cloud
AWS, GCP, and Azure each have great individual tooling. What's missing is a single interface that spans all three. NimTrace is that interface.
04. Fast time to value
Useful on day one, not after a 3-month integration
NimTrace requires a single CloudFormation deployment. No agents, no data pipelines, no dashboards to configure. Ask your first question in under 5 minutes.
